Getting to the Winterhaven Festival of Lights

The Winterhaven Festival of Lights is a beloved, walkable neighborhood event built by—and for—our community. To keep everyone safe and ensure emergency access, parking in residential areas is limited and will be actively enforced if blocking driveways or mailboxes. Please plan ahead, use our designated parking lots, rideshare options, and carpool whenever possible.

How to Enter the Festival

The neighborhood is fully walkable, with four main pedestrian entrances:

West Entrance – Main Entrance
Tucson Blvd & East Fort Lowell Road
 (Kleindale/Main Entrance)

North Entrance
Prince Road & Campbell Ave
(enter by foot on Treat Ave)

South Entrance
Fort Lowell Road (between Country Club Road & Tucson Blvd)

East Entrance
Fort Lowell & Country Club Rd
(Enter on East Kleindale or the Main Entrance)
Please walk carefully, respect neighbors, and follow all posted signage.

Parking Information

Limited Parking in Residential Neighborhoods to the East, West, South, and North of Festival
Do NOT block driveways or mailboxes, and be respectful of residential neighboring communities.

Barricades and Residential Parking Signs will be posted in all communities surrounding the community, approximately ¼ of a mile surrounding the festival.

If you are a nearby business or resident who would like additional resources with barricades or specialty signage, please contact me via email at amandakatemarquez@gmail.com

Winterhaven is a private residential neighborhood. To protect emergency routes and neighborhood safety:

  • Street parking inside Winterhaven is prohibited.
  • Surrounding residential neighborhoods are prohibited from parking or blocking any access to residential driveways in any surrounding residential neighborhood.
  • Parking enforcement will be active nightly. Violators may be ticketed or towed.

Where to Park
